Prior to becoming an Osteopathic Physician, Dr. Harris was not only employed in other areas of the medical field, but also served in the United States Air Force. He retired as a captain in xxxx. After receiving degrees in Biology and Radiology Technician, Dr. Harris made the decision to enter the field of nursing. Upon completion of his nursing degree, he practiced in several facilities in Texas. Wanting to further his education, he moved to California and began his studies in Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Harris graduated in 1999 from the Western University of Health Sciences and completed his residency at Greenwich Hospital in 2002. Since that time, Dr. Harris has practiced in the Phoenix metro area. His background in Internal Medicine has allowed him to treat a broad range of illnesses. With his doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine, he can also perform manipulations in the office. He is also board certified in Addiction Medicine and is frequently asked to speak on the topic.
